*Stumbles into the forum once again* Wow! I have an account here!

    ...

Oh, I see. I've been in here, but I lost interest due to unnamed and unknown reasons. Well, OK! Hello again everybody! This didn't seem suited to the Intro Hall as I'm already a member, I just haven't been around in ages. I used to post frequently, too, somewhat. I wonder what happened....
Ah! That's it, I got interested in other things, and I have a very small attention sp- Hey, look! A squirrel! I wonder what it's doing inside. HEY! That's MY food!- Er... what was I saying, again? Oh yes, other things. I got introduced to this webcomic written and drawn by a guy named Ralph Hayes. He's got a fan forum which is rather active (not to mention it's the largest open air insane asylum on the net). I guess you could say I've become addicted to it. So... What was the point to this thread again? *Looks at topic* Oh yeah! (Sorry, topic drift is practically worshipped on this other forum) I was wondering if any of you around here had ever heard of this comic, or read it at all. And, if any of you like to draw your own webcomic.

On a different note, I'll try to become more active here, but I haven't been writing much so it hardly matters.

Well, never mind on that front. But I'm back again. Hopefully, that is.

"Tales of the Questor" is very well-done, overall. A little preachy, a little wordy, often quite slow-moving, but a solid and entertaining read. Definitely worth a hike through the archives.

The other comics... eh, it varies, depending on how much psychosis is allowed to leak into them.

The man himself... wow. Just way kooky. I watched him spew vitriol all over a friend of mine for an innocent comment in one of his blogs. I wish I didn't enjoy his comic so much, because he's kind of embarrassing to like.

I briefly perused it, once. I don't think I would find many kindred spirits in a forum run by someone whom I find... not reprehensible - he's not a criminal, to my knowledge - but certainly objectionable in manner and tone.

You need to see the Kitchen Table. You can't do that as a guest. :p

I wouldn't say kooky... he's just.. passionate. Eccentric. Believes in what he believes.. very strongly. Has a tendency to rant, and doesn't like being contradicted. Normally the idea is to stay out of his way. ;)

He's a loudmouth jerk, is the way I would put it (and did, in the comment I left on the blog in which he exploded on my friend.) He has no tolerance for any viewpoint that doesn't match his own, and he has some of the least-examined beliefs I've ever seen, his masturbatory "Hard Onions" strip notwithstanding.

So no, I don't think I'll be joining his forum. I try to avoid people who go out of their way to shout and rage and generally either scare away or cow anyone who disagrees with them. I view him as, basically, an internet troll that has also produced a quite enjoyable piece of storytelling. I will read the comic, and if he ever publishes it in a form that isn't triple-price and shoddily made, I would likely even purchase a copy, but I don't wish to interact with the man in any form whatsoever.

I;m glad you have returned, Pentip.

However, one thing we don't need is to start trashing other forums, so everyone. please don't pursue this aspect.
