Augh! The colour! It burns my eyes! Seriously, I'm glad I'm not epileptic-- You're like a rainbow on two legs! O: Which could never be a bad thing. Who doesn't love a rainbow?

I just mentioned in the Tavern about the infamous 'Black Forest Cake', or the Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte as it's known in German. Before my boyfriend and I started dating, I decided to make it for giggles and see how it turned out, as I've never done a multi-layered cake before, or anything from scratch (I was raised by a mom who, with five kids, lived for boxed foods that could be made with haste).

Due to the pictures being massively huge, I'm just going to post links, otherwise the whole web page will be swallowed alive.

Side-shot of the cake like all the cool-cats do when they post to food websites.

Top shot of the cake. The best part of the whole thing? The homemade whipped cream. I vowed to never use canned whipped cream again; just doesn't taste as amazingly awesome, haha!

This slide was terrifying. It leaned over and I thought I was going to fall off and break my face.

This be my favorite chair in the entire world.

I was giggly all afternoon. I love the random bit of graffiti above the door.

    Okay, I'm done now.

^What's that huge structure behind you? Looks like a Disney Land treehouse attraction.

@Emily-The first pic reminds me of the slides at the water kingdom here. Scary. I do bow to you for being brave. The second pic-love that chair/swing. Awesome idea!
But my favourite is the third! It looks like something a movie's producers would use for promotion. You look great!

And well, ahem, long time. Me in all Khadi looking like to quote my sisters words "a freedom fighter". Over Diwali:

    Excellent pictures, Emily!

Neha, that picture would be even cooler if you were cradling an AK-47.

Thank ya! The full gallery goes up in a few days. I'll send you a message and give you the password and stuff.

It's the World's Largest Treehouse, which happens to be 2 hours away from my house and my favorite place in the world.

That slide was SCARYY. It leaned and was just a bit intimidating. Keedy talked me into going on it for pictures.

    I. Know.

    Thanks! And I agree..

@Robert-:( Why did I not think of that? Darn! And my AK-47 sitting all polished and ready!

@Emily-*shudder* At least you went. I was a wimp and paddled in the water watching others come screaming down :p.

Congratulations, Bay! What a handsome young lad. :)

I think this picture kind of speaks for itself. I can almost ignore the double chin.

Actual vintage Harris Tweed jacket. £25. Get in.
(I should point out, the shirt was white with red pinstripes. I was more accurate than the picture gives me credit for.)

EDIT: I should clarify, this is meant to be the Eleventh Doctor's costume from Doctor Who, for those less knowledgeable about UK TV.

    SO MANY CUTE CHILDREN.

Bay, your son looks beautiful! Congratulations on a happy and healthy pregnancy --I hope this is indicative of a happy and healthy life for your new baby boy. Well done, Mom! And the name --Justin-- what a lovely choice; I love that name. :)

And Rob, you know how adorable I find your daughter. Awww, she is going to have such a great time with school; was her first day last week, or are you just late updating us all with your life? ;) And I very much approve of her winter jacket, very stylish! :D

And Xeno, you look lovely too. I wouldnt have said you were inaccurate, even if the shirt had no red stripes...!

Aaww @ all the adorable kiddies. Here's to good parenting! I feel like I've commented already 'cause I've looked at these pics before, but I guess not. They're all lovely. :)

Here's me showing off my new charm bracelet that my mumma got for me/ me being vain:

I was thinking of doing a quick video and saying hi to you all too, 'cause none of us have done that in a while, but I don't wanna be the only one, lolol.

However, it's raining outside, I've nothing to do but work, and I'm dead set on avoiding it.
