A Calling To All 40K gamers here.

Ok its been brought to my attention that there are a few of you who game and read warhammer 40,000. Basically role call.

Me I'm a strict Space Marine/Chaos Space Marine player.

 

Die Hard Nurgle and Night Goblin collector.

 

Ah Nurgle I so bloody hate those plague killing my Imperial guards horrific things then winning me hands down. lol

 

Im a big fan of necrons. **** they're hard to kill.

I havent played for many many years now though.

 

Necrons. arrgh. frakking hate them. Hard to kill. ack. worst I fought was Tyranids. Crap they hurt when they attack. took my speeders in turn three. little buggers.

 

Grey Knights! You just cant beat them!

 

Ah yes you can. My Night Lords have. and I'm proud to say that too. Wiped them out.

 

I play as the Tau Empire.

For the Greater Good!

 

I've never faced them. Ever.

 

Lol, if you get a Tau force with a few squads of Firewarriors, a couple of Skyrays, a handfull of Stealth Suits and an Eitherial, nothing can stand in the way.

 

LOL thats what my old adversary said with his Beil Tan Eldar. a couple of war walkers a group of rangers and squad of swooping hawks and three grav tanks one been a prism. and a nice unit of guardians led by an Autarch. He lost. My Crimson Fists first big victory.. Meh been a long time since I really played though.

 

Lol, well, the Elder are a worthy foe, but nothing beets the Tau for range and sheer fire power.

 

I like Tau. Once you get up close they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Seriously, I get slaughtered if I can't close the distance.

 

Yeh, the Tau's great weakness, close combat.
Thankfully we have Kroot to make up for this, but I just don't like the Kroot.
Nothing beats a pure Tau force for me.

 

This is why I like Space Marines good up close and ranged. Same with Chaos Space Marines. Win/Win.

 

Yeh, but everyone and there Grandmothers plays as Space Marines, they are universal. The very symbol of Warhammer 40k its self.

 

While you have a point. I've actually been fielding them from the early days when everyone played Orks and Squats and Eldar.

I actually like the myth and background fluff more so. Plus I'm really like Chaos at the moment. especially the Nightlords. Nasty is one word.

 

Y'all 'r talking crazy talk! What is all the 40K business, anywho?

I don't play (I have a Warhammer Fantasy army, but haven't played a single bloody game) but I have read the books, and studied it.
If I did play, and I might when if I move back to Canada and have the cash, I'd play Orcs. I like chaotic styles of fighting. Never do what they expect and never do the same thing twice. You may be destroyed sometimes, and you may not win often, but you'll have fun watching the confused face of your enemy.

I never liked Orcs or Orks But an old friend of mine I haven't seen in 7 years used to always play Orks and arm them to the teeth with Ork style KombiZ. and used lots of his Ork Wagons etc. Whether he still does or not I don't know.
