Real Name: Joseph Nakashima (Don't give a damn who knows who I am.) Age: 18 Codename: The Detective (Imaginative, right? Fufufufu...) Costume appearance: Merely a black belted trench coat, black slacks, and sometimes a black fedora. (But that damn thing gets lost whenever I get into a fight...) BIO: Since a very early age, Joe was aware of his power, as were his parents, he could always tell when one was lying, but he believed himself to be insane due to how he could tell. They believed him to be a freak, an abomination in the eyes of god, whenever he'd begin to freak out over the chains ripping into people, or if he accidentally broke something due to his enhanced strength, they'd beat him. Ultimately, they locked him up in the basement and left him for dead. Had it not been for his brother, he would have. They escaped that night and never looked back, they survived on the streets, pick pocketing money from strangers, eventually, a kindly stranger took the two in after catching them trying to pick his pockets. Since then they had gotten training to control their abilities, proper schooling, instead of being shoved religious rhetoric down their throats, even training to fight with whatever weapons they desired. Joe found that he favored Scythes and trained with them, but he found that he could pick up how to learn how to use a weapon rather easily. Joe soon discovered a love of mysteries and saw how his powers could be used for good. He butted himself into an investigation and soon learned of his other abilities, how he could recreate crime scenes, and how he could battle criminals without actually harming them. Since then, crime scenes have attracted him like a moth to a flame. He didn't really care much about a secret identity, the only real difference between him and his 'hero' persona was that he would wear contacts instead, glasses might not exactly intimidate people... They eventually figured that Verum was a form of magic. However, somehow, Joe just naturally received the ability at birth. But this would suggest that he could potentially harness the power of magic, however, he isn't really interested in getting stronger, he just enjoys solving crimes and Verum is sufficient for that task. Joe isn't bitter about his poor childhood whatsoever. In fact, he faces each day with a smile, even when things seem dark. He survived, he had his brother, he now had a loving family. He came to the conclusion that if what had happened to him didn't break him, he wouldn't let anything else break him. If things seem dark... he'll just grin and laugh in defiance of it all. He's against joining the Golden Alliance, he feels that anyone who joins just becomes a brainwashed government puppet, in fact, he calls all Golden Alliance members BGPs. It's an issue that he and his step father tend to disagree on, since it is dangerous for him to go around playing Detective when he'd be seen as a vigilante instead... Class: D-C Power Type: Birth Secondary Power type: Magic (If I decide to even pursue it... I mean Verum's enough for my needs.) Powers: Verum- Joe can see when one lies, he is resistant to telepathy and illusions, however a talented telepath or illusionist can get past the protection that Verum provides, he can recreate crime scenes down to the very last detail, finally he can have a logic battle in which he and an opponent weaponize theories, evidence, and testimony, the loser's power is crippled for a good hour (By which I mean the loser still has his powers, however they're heavily limited) and most of their energy is drained as well, the energy (By which I mean their stamina) is gained by the opponent, it burns off in about 30 minutes, but in that time, that person is stronger and faster, and to add insult to injury, a pair of golden handcuffs appear, by which Joe can ensure that the guilty cannot escape, the key appearing around the culprit's neck, which burns him if the criminal tries to insert it into handcuffs himself, they disappear naturally after an hour. Enhanced Physical Abilities - He can easily outmatch an Olympic Athlete in acrobatics, agility, and strength, able to leap several feet into the air, able to run about 20-30 miles per hour, and able to lift about 2-3 tons. Skills: Detective skills, hand to hand combat, scythe combat, marksmanship, lock picking, hacking, speed reading. Vigilante hero, Golden Alliance or super villain: 'Vigilante hero'. (I wouldn't even call myself a hero... but it's better than being in that cult of Brainwashed Government Puppets.) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Name: Leon Nakashima Age: 18 Codename: Don't have one! I'm just helping my brother! Costume Appearance: I don't need one dammit! Get it through your skull! I. Am. Helping. My. Bro! BIO: Joe's twin brother. As a child he was seen as the normal one and even gifted, he would invent little machines or improve existing ones. Little did they know it was due to Leon's own magic, he was a technomancer. In fact it was his improvised buzz saw that cut through the chains like it was nothing more than paper when he freed Joe. He isn't interested in being a hero, however he helps his brother in any way he possibly can, hacking into security systems, creating new little gadgets for Joe, but mainly improving Joe's scythe for combat or merely small tweaks to improve it or make it less conspicuous... He'll try to avoid battling, but if he's left with no choice or Joe needs his aid, he won't hold back. He'll use an array of homemade weapons to fight, and use nearby technology to turn it against his opponents. Class: D Power Type: Magic Powers: Technomancy - The Control and manipulation of technology, he mainly uses this to hack or improve technology or weapons. Skills: Hacking, hand to hand, marksmanship, weapon modification, hacking. Vigilante hero, Golden Alliance or super villain: Er... Vigilante Hero I guess...?

Real Name: He doesn't remember. He introduces himself by the name Jeffery Hawthorne Age: It's been about a year since he woke up in the test tube Code-name: ANTI Costume appearance: All black. High tech military-grade skin suit for protection against bullets and shrapnel while allowing maximum flexibility. Tactical vest over but still pretty small and not too clunky, its for carrying his supplies/weapons when necessary. Professor Hawthorne, out on a stroll for test subjects, just so happened upon ANTI's body, which continued to breathe, but was severely damaged in the head and bleeding profusely. ANTI woke in Hawthorne's lab with no past memories. He didn't even know how to speak or use a restroom. But lucky for Professor Hawthorne, ANTI learned quickly, not just potty training, but everything. See, Hawthorne, supposedly, had no other choice but to enhance ANTI's brain in order to save ANTI. His brain was now out of control, processing information and live learning at an incredibly fast rate. In a week, he mastered both Krav Maga and Kung Fu. In that same week, he learned Latin through conventional study and Chinese just by watching martial arts flicks. He continued to learn, to the satisfaction of Hawthorne. Professor Hawthorne, an enemy to the GA, allows ANTI to use his mansion as a sanctuary. In return, ANTI must follow Hawthorne's orders. Real Name: Bint al-Jinni/Daughter of the Jinn (Jenny to friends) Age: 63 (Still a teenager by Jinn standards, looks and acts like one) Code-name: that crazy b*tch (often yelled by opponents and teammates alike) Costume appearance: Harem outfit (Jenny: “Jinn feel no shame”) BIO: Born in Kaf Ajnoun, City of the Jinn, a realm disconnected from this world save for a portal on Devil’s Hill in Libya. Jenny grow up into a wild, overconfident thrill-seeker, even by jinn standards. Several years ago, the most powerful jinn, Iblis, rebelled against the city and killed most of it’s rulers, the Council of Elders, this included Jenny’s mother. Iblis fleed the city into the mortal realm, and Jenny followed, vowing not to return until her mother’s murderer lay dead. Currently, Jenny works as a mercenary, usually for Nick Kelvin, her only friend in the mortal world. Jinn are not human and don’t follow the same moral code. She doesn’t appear to take anything seriously and will usually work for the highest bidder or whoever offers the best fight, but she has her own set of rules that she will never break. Class: C Power Type: Magic Powers: Jinn: Being Jinn means she’s a creature of magic. She is not a fully corporeal being, that means small items like bullets fly through her, but large things won’t. She has high physical resistance and strength, and is attuned to magic changes. She can be trapped in a bottle or squashed by boulders without dying, but she won’t be able to escape by herself. Jinn are long-lived, are very fast and change eye colour when emotional. Smokeless Fire: Fire that doesn’t require fuel or oxygen to burn, instead it’s powered directly by her magic. She blasts it from her palms. Skills: Martial Arts, Sword Skills, High Athleticism Specific Weaknesses: Being partly made of magic means she is easily sealed or otherwise incapacitated by magic or other forms of pure energy. Dispelling magic hurts her, and she get nauseous above streaming water. She is also overconfident and rarely sticks to any kind of plan. Side: Super villain, but will work with heroes if the pay is good. ---------------------- Real Name: Nick Kelvin Age: 26 Code-name: The Prince Costume Appearance: A well-tailored suit BIO: Born in the slums of Alamance City, young Nick did whatever it took to make money. This led to him diving into the criminal underbelly of the city, working in whatever capacity the crime-lords and Scam-artists required of him, sometimes even working for two rivalling gangs at the same time. Eventually he amassed enough wealth to give himself an education, and has stepped into the far more dangerous world of meta-humans. A seemingly emotionless and well-dressed gentleman, he has made a name for himself in the villain community as an information broker and the mastermind behind several high-profile thefts. He has survived the super villain world by making himself indispensable to it. He is the go-to guy for secret identities, henchmen, new lair locations and the top-secret weapon research nobody is supposed to know about. He has an impeccable work ethic, and will never betray a client. That might seem strange for a villain, but you don’t get to be the underworld’s premier information broker without a reputation for honesty. Polite to a fault and a surprisingly moral person outside of business, his ultimate goal is to be the richest person in the city. Recently, Kelvin has founded his first legal business: Hero Insurance. It is the first of it’s kind, a company that insures against meta-human damage. The company is still small and isn’t making any profit yet. Class: E Powers: none Skills: Criminal Mastermind, Guns, Martial Arts, Information (he knows where all the bodies are buried, sometimes literally) Specific Weaknesses: He’s a decent brawler, but there’s no way he can win against a super powered opponent without the element of surprise, and even then his chances are slim. Side: Supervillain, but wants to do more legal things
I'm workin' on one, too, if there's still room. Can I make two characters, since that seems to be what all the cool kids are doin?'

Ooh, I have one! Alright, let's go. Real Name: Bill Moon Age: 55 Code-name: Magnus Costume appearance: A blue and gray metal outfit, with a flowing white cape behind him. He wears a helmet made of metal with small steel horns on the sides. He has electrical storage packs attached all around his body, most notably on his back and two on his helmet. BIO: He comes from a family of mad scientists. Both parents were geniuses, and invented a device that could transform heat back into electrons. Instead of let everyone know about it, they installed it into their son's brain. After the parents died, he upgraded his own system and heard about the Magnificent Man. He had kept his powers a secret until now, and decided to use them for good. Knows Magnificent Man better than most. The oldest known human being to have powers. A very strong moral system, and believes that one has to be part of a society to be able to make changes. He is in the good books of many politicians and has shaken the current president's hand. Has been seen to completely dismantle a fire, then heat houses with the energy gained. Skills: Electrical and technical finesse, he has been powering the largest generators of US power for the last 10 years by himself using excess collected energy. Specific weaknesses: Too much energy. There is a limit to how much energy he can absorb into himself before it kills him. He has expanded his maximum amount by adding storage packs to his suit, but there is still a line he has to be careful not to cross. This is the reason why he isn't an A or a B class. Faction: Golden Alliance
Real Name: Sasha Milo Real Name: Dennis Milo Age: Around 25 years (both) Code - Name: Artemis Rose (Sasha) Code - Name: Apollo Thorn (Dennis) Appearance: Both are incredible pale with a light blonde hair and light blue eyes, almost pale. Sasha has two ponytails, while Dennis has a short wild hair. Regarding costume, they don’t like the idea of having a single look, thus they often randomize their suits, despite that they maintain the base colors, being Sasha’s colors a contrast of pink and black, while Dennis’s are black and yellow. Neither of both wears mask, however they project an illusion upon their own faces so people don’t recognize them. Bio: Sasha and Dennis are both twins, being Sasha the older. Both were born as Indigo Children, which granted them the talent to naturally use their Sixth Sense, the mind. On normal conditions, said sense, even when naturally opened, it would only work in a subconscious way, however, both siblings found themselves training under certain and mysterious Master in the ways of the psychics. Their nature as Indigo Kids aren’t their only bizarre trait. Their birthplace is also one, and this ‘cause they were born in the extreme cold of the North Pole, in Arc Basington , an unknown city populated by a mystery society isolated from the entire globe, despite that, they’re as civilized as the rest of the worl Class (Applies for both): Class E, which can be raised to D normally with the usage of their powers. In a extreme situation they can reach C (Yet this means to overexert themselves). Power type: Psychic powers Skills: Being both naturally talented due to their origins, Sasha and Dennis can use a wide arrange of psychic powers. Some of them include Telekinesis, Telepathy, Extrasensory perception, Psionic Blasts, Forcefields, Levitation, Etc. Due to not being a natural developed sense, they can't extend their powers to a limitless range, thus they can only execute them within their territory, the limit of it being of a 10 meter’s radius. At 2 meters they can execute them the strongly, while at 3-5 meters only mid strong. Close to 10 meters, although they can still cause an effect with their powers it’s far weaker than when closer. Even when sharing most powers, both have a unique power not share by the other which they define as their unique or singular psych. Unique Psych: Mind Control: Sasha’s singular skill which allow her to take control of the actions (and sometimes even thoughts) of a single being. Such skill although powerful has certain limitations. First, it can only be used within a 2 meter radius around her, second, can’t be used if her brother is within the 2 meters, third, it only last a short span of time which varies according to the kind of being she is controlling, a fourth one would be that the amount of control and time she can apply on a being it’s strongly influenced by the mental condition of the being and herself during the moment the skill is being applied. Beings as animals or plants are easy to control, while human beings are harder, regardless, her Unique Psych will certainly apply even if weaker sometimes. Unique Psych: Switch: Dennis’s singular skill which grants him the ability to teleport. Barriers have no meaning in front of this skill whose only limitation is that it can only be used within his ten meter’s territory. He can also teleport other beings or matter, and also several at once. Instant Switch is an advanced version of the skill where he instantly exchange positions between himself and another body. Weaknesses: The limit of their psych can only be applied within their territory. There is also another weakness, but this remains as a secret for now. VIGILANTE HEROES.
Real Name/Code Name: Santiago Age: 513 yrs old Costume appearance: A punk leather jacket, a black shirt, ripped skinny jeans, and ankle boots with silver spurs. BIO: Santiago was among the first Spanish conquistadores to invade South America. Led by their ruthless leader, Hernán Cortés, they defeated the Mayans with their superior weaponry and inventive battle strategies and watered the ground with the natives' blood. Santiago believed what they were doing was right, that the Spanish should rule this unexplored territory and claim its riches as its own. He was a mindless soldier doing his job with relish, slaying the natives left and right with his rapier and leaving a trail of dead bodies in his wake. They moved further west to conquer the Aztec Empire, which was where Santiago's destiny was changed forever. They were ambushed by Aztec warriors as they cut and slashed their way through the dense jungle. During the chaos of the skirmish, Santiago was knocked unconscious and he woke to find that his hands and feet were tied and that he was being carried by the Aztecs into a temple made of solid gold. Inside, they dumped him into a dark pit and he landed on a pile of bones. Something crawled out of the shadows: it was a beautiful, yet starved, woman with fangs and glowing crimson eyes, and she was chained to the floor by a gold collar around her neck. Santiago screamed and screamed but the demonic female didn't eat him. She cradled him on her lap like a child and told him her story: her name was Mara and she was a vampire, an alien race that came from across the universe. Her people traveled from galaxy to galaxy, conquering each planet they found that inhabited life, enslaving its people, and drinking their blood until they were all dead, and then moving on to the next planet. Mara had traveled to earth on a scout mission to find the next planet for the vampires to take over, but was ambushed and taken captive by the Aztecs. They kept her hostage in their gold temple and worshiped her as a god, calling her 'Coatlicue', and gave her sacrifices once or twice a month. She was suffering and was ready to die, but first she wanted to free Santiago as well. Mara sank her fangs deep into the flesh of Santiago's neck and gulped the blood that his heart pumped down her throat. When Santiago was sure that she was going to suck him dry and that he was about to die, she pulled back and bit her own wrist. She clamped the gushing wound against his mouth and forced him to drink her surging blood and it filled him with unbelievable strength and vitality. He barely noticed when Mara kissed his forehead and whispered goodbye as he drank every last drop of her miraculous blood. She had given him new life. He was a vampire. He escaped the gold temple and feasted on the Aztecs, practically swam in their blood, and drank the blood of the Spanish conquistadores, too. Once the blood madness had subsided, he regained his wits and took enough Aztec treasure to make him incredibly rich, and then left the godforsaken continent behind and started a whole new life. He traveled the world for centuries and only recently made himself known to the world because of the emergence of meta humans and aliens and the like. His attitude has only worsened over his long life and his main goal is to enslave all humans as his creator would have done. Class: C Power Type: Alien Secondary Power Type: Magic Powers: (Mara, aka Coatlicue, told Santiago that her blood would perfect his body from the inside out, making him stronger and more durable and giving him god-like powers that would multiply and grow over the centuries.) Mind Gift: the power to move objects with the power of the mind, or 'telekinesis'. If Santiago uses the Mind Gift excessively, he begins to feel physically tired, as if he moved the objects by hand. Fire Gift: set objects on fire with the power of the mind. Spell Gift: Santiago can cast minor spells and enchantments, like conjuring smoke, hypnotizing weak-minded victims, or making himself invisible for short periods of time. Cloud Gift: Santiago can levitate and fly at incredible speeds in any direction. Healing: Santiago's body can heal minor cuts and scrapes almost instantly; it would take longer to healer more grievous wounds. Immortality: Santiago can live forever if he isn't killed. Superhuman Strength/Speed: He can move faster than the human eye can follow and lift cars without much effort. Enhanced Senses: Self-explanatory. Skills: Santiago is a masterful sword-fighter. Specific weaknesses: Fire or sunlight, beheading, heart staking, starvation, being drained of all blood. Vigilante hero, Golden Alliance or super villain: Super villian.
Real Name: Shoshanna Underwood Age: 44 Codename: Galatea Faction: former supervillain, now serving the Alamance PD Appearance: Striking blue eyes and long blonde hair. She's rather tall for a woman, standing just over six feet, with an exaggerated hourglass figure; long legs, wide hips, a slender waist, and large breasts. Her supervillain costume consists of a black Kevlar bodysuit, a corset/bustier of silver chainmail, a long chainmail cape, and low-cut boots with a six-inch spiked metal heel. No mask. When not fighting crime, she dresses very conservatively. She is required by the state to wear an electro-shock collar at all times and a tracking device on her ankle. Bio: Shoshanna is a former member of The Chosen, a supervillain group/cult that terrorized America in the early 2000s. They were ordinary humans granted incredible power by The Watcher, an incorporeal alien being who arrived on Earth shortly after Magnificent Man's rise to fame and secretly studied how mankind would handle such a quantum leap in power and technology. After observing for decades, The Watcher concluded humans weren't ready. If Earth was to survive, the "supers" needed to be exterminated and the world returned to normal. The Watcher selected dozens of individuals, mostly social outcasts and victims of abuse, people who hated this world and everything in it. He gave them the power to carry out his will and they went forth to destroy the superhero "virus" plaguing mankind. The epic battles between The Chosen and the Golden Alliance were the stuff of legends. They slowly gained a cult following and there were instances of normal people attacking superheroes in the streets. But then something strange happened: The Watcher simply vanished. Not even his chosen warriors know what became of him. His gift had elevated Shoshanna from a battered suburban housewife to a sexy internationally-known supervillainess, feared by thousands. But without their leader, the group fell into disarray. By the early 2010s, they were all either killed or locked up. Her alter ego, Galatea, met her end at the hands of an A-Class Golden Alliance hero in 2013. It wasn't a fight, it was a massacre. She was completely outmatched and publicly humiliated on national television. Although she wasn't the last member to fall, Galatea's highly-publicized defeat was seen as the end of The Chosen. The public was led to believe she was sent to Alcatraz, but, in truth, the government had something else in mind. Why let villains rot in prison when they should be repaying their debt to society? Five years after being beaten nearly to death, Galatea resurfaced in Alamance City, not as a villainess, but as a state-owned superhero. Same costume. Same powers. Same woman. But even her old enemies will admit that something about her seems a little… off. She's one of the good guys now, but maybe a little too good. Class: C, (formerly B, but her power has been limited by psychological reprogramming) Power Type: alien Powers: Galatea has the power to manipulate gravitons. All of her techniques stem from this core power. By changing the direction and/or magnitude of gravity in a given area, she can make everything fall up, or sideways, or create a zero-g field. She can change the specific gravity of an object, such as making a sheet of paper really heavy, without affecting anything around it. She also possesses an uncanny ability to read trajectories, allowing her to juggle dozens of objects at once, without them colliding. All of her abilities require intense focus. Despite her "dumb blonde" appearance, she is secretly a mental powerhouse, resistant to most mind control attacks. Perhaps that is why it took five years to break her… Skills: She prefers to keep enemies at a distance and control the battlefield, rather than let them get to her. In her villain days, she was rumored to be untouchable and used shifting micro-singularities to randomly bend the trajectories of incoming projectiles; many top marksmen have had her in their crosshairs, but failed to land the shot. Weaknesses: Galatea has only slightly enhanced strength and speed, about equal to a Class E or low D, so close combat is not her forte. Even outside of battle, she doesn't like to be touched and shies away from human contact and small spaces. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Real Name: James Buckworth, a.k.a. Jimmy Bucks, aka Bucky Fat Stacks Age: 24 Codename: Lucky Bastard Faction: He's a (very) low-ranking member of the Golden Alliance, but they don't seem to think he's the real deal, so, yeah, whatever, screw them, Jimmy does his own thang. Appearance: Brown eyes and spiky brunette hair. He's about 5'9" with a lean, lightly muscled build. Handsome devil, he would say. By day, he is a mild-mannered young man, fond of sweater vests and slacks, but when he transforms into Lucky Bastard, he's a rambunctious youth, dressed in bright neon colors, with a backwards cap, oversized sneakers, always with his collar popped, and huge stylish sunglasses. A classic case of "the clothes make the man." Bio: Jimmy won the lottery for the first time at age thirteen. Due to a computer glitch, he was allowed to keep the money, even though his age should've discounted him from playing the lotto in the first place. Despite growing up in a rough neighborhood, his life never made him angry or bitter. He kept a positive attitude. After becoming a multi-millionaire over night, he did the unthinkable: he donated it all to his favorite "charity," the Golden Alliance. His friends and family thought him a fool, but then the unthinkable happened: he won again… and again… and again. Jimmy came to realize he had a gift: he's one lucky motherf***er. He embraced this newfound superpower and formed his first hero team, The Good Guys, at age sixteen. He and his teenage friends went around busting up crime rings, despite having no powers of their own. Over time, they grew out of playing hero, but Jimmy never tired of it. He's been going solo since the GGs split about four years ago, but regularly partners with any heroes he runs across. He's met a lot of cool people along the way, and some douchebags too, but most of the real heroes think he's just a nuisance and the real villains don't think he's worth killing. Lately, he's been working with the police a lot, sweet-talking his way into any open cases he thinks he can solve. Class: E Power Type: n/a Powers: Things tend to just work out when Jimmy's around. He doesn't know why and doesn't really care, but feels this is his "superpower" to share with the world. Perhaps his real gift is his ability to find the silver lining in everything. People also seem to feel better when he's around, as if his presence makes the good guys a little gooder and bad guys a little less bad. When he cheers on a hero, their powers work just a little bit better… or maybe it's all in their head. Either way, he's a natural-born sidekick. Skills: Decent street brawler, hell of a fast-talker. He can mouth his way out of just about any situation. Has a few gadgets at his disposal, but he's more style than substance. He's also rich. Is that a skill or a superpower? Weaknesses: Jimmy thinks his luck is some kind of "karmic balance." In other words, he has to do good things and think positive thoughts or he'll lose his luck. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen… but why risk ruining a good thing?
Real Name: Milly Quinn Age: 13 Code-name: Finder Costume appearance: None BIO: Meet Milly Quinn. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/167477679869608430/ Her family has been part of the G.A. since its creation. Naturally, when her parents discovered she too had abilities, at age 9, they immediately gave her services over to the G.A. She lives, works and schools at the G.A. headquarters. She does online school in between helping the G.A. locate Villains and Vigilantes. While she knows many heroes, she has few friends. Class: D Power Type: Telekinetic Secondary Power type: Her Robot, PoPo (don't laugh, she named it when she was five), acts as her best friend and faithful guardian. He comes with his own set of abilities. Rocket Launcher: Four rockets Machine Gun Booster Pack- Only has about 30 seconds of flight in it and takes 5 hours to recharge. Laser- That can cut through all but the toughest metals. Emergency Shield: Can shield Milly and himself from near every super power. It's duration depends upon the power of the attack(s). His armor is also quite advanced. He has a hollow stomach just large enough for a single adult to hide in. If he senses Milly is in danger, he will hide her here and get her to saftey. I'd rank him as class B. Milly is convinced PoPo is alive and sentient. Whether that is true remains to be seen. Powers: While, Milly is able to sense a Meta-human's ability and weaknesses when she is around them, the G.A. uses her ability to locate or "Find" a specific meta-human from a great distance away. The further the distance however, the more energy it takes to find them. The current strength of her ability extends to the edges of the state. She can not locate anyone beyond the current state she is in, depending on its size. Skills: Drawing colorful and vibrant pictures! making extraordinary messes and all the other skills a child of 13 has. Specific weaknesses: Milly is extremely attached to PoPo and will do everything in her small power to protect him...which amounts to pounding on a person with her fists or screaming or biting. She's a kid...she has a weakness for anything related to sugar and cute puppies. She has also declared multiple times that school and homework will kill her if she is forced to continue. Vigilante hero, Golden Alliance or super villain: Golden Alliance
