A single resource? You're really asking for a lot. Without knowing if you have any basis in writing fiction at all, wher would we begin? An animation has a lot in common with a screenplay, so you could collect and study resources for that field. But that won't touch at all upon the cinematic aspects - composing shots, rendering scenes, adding a soundtrack/score, etc. This site would only deal with the scriptwriting aspects.
