...that doesn't really contribute to the story. So I'm at this great moment where my MC is fighting a couple enemies. It's really cold out and fairly dark but he's drenched in sweat and it's vaporizing into steam. If I were to add this to the story as a picture, it would be awesome, however, in writing I'm having a hard time fitting it in as relevant to the moment. It's 3rd person limited so I'd only mention it if he noticed it. I would notice it and say "Dude I'm so pimp! RAWR!" but my MC is far too concerned with surviving at the moment. It is important that this is mentioned because of the foreshadowing much later on so I can't just scrap it entirely. So are there any sly tricks that allow this that I'm not aware of?
