Someone knows some authors similar to Sterne? I have, indeed, found some, from XIX century, like Xavier de Maistre (french), Almeida Garrett (portuguese), Machado de Assis (brazilian), and some modern ones, like Italo Calvino (italian) and, maybe James Joyce and David Foster Wallace (but these ones are not so similar, though they have read Sterne). If you have never read Sterne..., oh my: let yourself read it, now.
