    Bats!

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by LordKyleOfEarth, Mar 25, 2009.

I can hear some bats outside my window. I have missed their high-pitched chatter. Summer is here!

The bats are quiet now; fighting cats seem to have replaced them :|

Bats annoy me, they eat all the fruit (being fruit bats). But mainly because i have a lot of overhanging branches near my house and i often walk out under them straight into a bat or two.

I think there deep sleepers (though this is at night time, which they should be awake)

Note - you never want to hear a fruit bat thats dying. or very very scared. I woke up one night with the worst sound in the world and had to go outside (I wish i had a gun at the time) and saw a bat under the trampaline with the dogs surrounding it.

Scared the fark out of me that night.

Oh you people and your summer haha. It's still snowing where I am in Fargo, Minnesota and we're still freezing our asses off. Plus now it's flooding to an extreme level and the two town are on the verge of being sunk! Why did I decide to go to school here...*sigh*...haha
