Nope. You draw a line in the center of the room and tile out each way so you don't have less then a half tile at each wall. Start in the corner and it will be way out of kilter by the time you reach the door, and you'll be cussing yourself out every time you walk in, it looks so bad. (No charge for the architectural advice.)
that's how you measure them out to cut sure, but you don't want to have to walk on the tiles after you've laid them until the adhesive goes off, so having laid out and cut everything you then start laying them in the far corner and work back to the door
