Sorry for the ddely in reply, I did not realise we were on the second page! Have fun with the Shadow Figures! Also, since I don't want to post a reply to everything, I might just like it. If I like something, its to say like I saw it, or thanks for telling me. Good Luck!
Sorry for another wait, but basically the ship is off. Do really whatever you want for a couple of posts, hang out, go to your room, eat, talk. I think we are off to a great start!
I feel so bad for spammingg, (three posts in a row!!!!) But I have something important to say! The tropical hurricane Hermine is heading directly in my area, so my power is probably going to get knocked out, maybe for a week or so. My entire city is being shut down, schools, etc, etc, so its just a warning if I suddenly dissapear. I suppose you can post about whatever ur character is doing on the ship, and stuff, but as for continuing the story, that may need to hold off until I get power back. I don't know exactly when its going to hit, but this is just a warning in case my power is gone and I can't post. Thanks guys!
The time period is about 1500 or something, and I'm don't really know the exact location, I'm just doing something were we sail across a small sea, (e.g The Medditranian) and when we read land its going to be the town in which the Church is located. Does that make sense? Also, thanks for the support, it means a lot!
yes! I'm trying to research these locations as you mention them so I can comment on the appearance and history.
The cliffs of Moher are on the far west coast of Eire , so i'd assume that we are either sailing north across Galway bay ( Cuan na Gaillimhe in celtic - the bay of the city of the stony river), we could also be heading west to inishmore the largest of the aran islands, where the first Irish church was established at Kileanny ( Innishmore is Árainn na Naomh, the island of the long ridge in celtic) or alternately headed south down the western side of the cork peninsula towards the mouth of the river Shannon (Sionainn in celtic , meaning wise river, dedicated to the god Siona the processor of wisdom) Time period wise (I know it doesnt really matter ) but I had us down for more like early dark ages just after the roman departure from the british isles (2-300 AD) which is why Aidan is dressed in roman armor and armed with a gladdius
OK so I see it is getting a bit boring now, so after @Erik-the-Enchanter! Posts, kill write a post of us landing, heading though the village, and arriving at the church. @big soft moose how about having your bird fly ahead and tell you where a port is? @I.A. By the Barn could ya have Caer lead the way through the village too? @zoupskim why don't you take hold of of the maps and Scrol? Thanks guys! For those who I didn't give jobs to, its not personal, I will make uure everyone has a good part!
@gibble410 once in the area of the church Faer can be used for any stealth related missions. (he hasn't used his cat form yet).
Good idea, I'll tie that in! Once Erik posts, I'll take my post and mess around with the the so we are docking. Let's start this opera show lol!
According to his journal thread Zoupskim is sick with man flu or possibly ebola - it might be best not to wait for him to recover ( my eagle is back with the info you seek by the way)
I really like the interaction between Aidan and Faer. By the end of this story they'll either be best friends or try to kill each other
Corrin: "Hey guys, how about we don't kill people?" Aidan: "Coward!" Everyone else: "Shut up you brute."
