When the director's cut of Apocalypse Now was released to theaters I went downtown to see it. However, it had been retitled into something entirely in kanji so I couldn't read the new name at all. I went to the ticket booth and said: アメリカとベツナムのバババ映画おねがいします。 (Amereeka to Betnam no BA-BA-BA eiga onegaishimasu) (America and Vietnam BANG BANG BANG movie please) The clerk understood and sold me a ticket.
