What's A "Chilli Bowl"Haircut?

I threatend to cut my kid's hair today because he wouldn't let me take him to Great Clips and he said no, "last time you gave me a Chilli Bowl". What's he talking about?

Thank You. It looked like the second one from the left so I don't know what he's complaining about. I thought about Moe Howard from the stooges but I didn't mention it to him so I wouldn't give him a complex.

 

I wonder when "chili" got added to that, we just called it a "bowl-cut" back in the 70s-80s.

Maybe to differentiate it from the longer "popcorn bowl"?
