Creating something is much easier when you have inspiration...

Poets, painters and musicians create masterpieces inspired by overwhelming emotions and their works are beautiful.

My name is Yurii and I would like to share with you how I wrote my first book.

I was sitting in office in Kyiv (the capital city of Ukraine) during my break day, while in excellent mood, so I decided to share that moment with a person, who helped and supported me more than anybody within several years. That person had similar way of life as me and often directed me into new or interesting methods of self-training. I would call that person “My Enthusiast” throughout the book.

We both were reading book by Pam Grout about miracle experiments changing reality. Every experiment was limited in time and I was completing them in no hurry. However, “My Enthusiast” was pushing me to complete those experiments faster. “Why are you waiting for tomorrow, why are you wasting time, you can do so much more things today without cancelling for tomorrow!?” she insisted. In addition, I should say that all her pushing gave me more and more chances to develop into better person each day.

I shared with her some of experiences from my life – she was enthusiastic about everything pointing that they sounded so truthful and obvious. We inspired each other with experiences and stories from our lives – for us it sounded easy enough to inspire somebody to become a better person with your own example.

It was exactly that day when I shared my excellent mood I understood, that everything that we own in our lives we create by ourselves due to our deeds, minds and faith in our goals...

I primarily write fantasy and science fiction and occasionally dabble in poetry. I tend to have multiple projects going at once and switch between them so I don't burn out.

Is the writing your main job?

 

If it was I would starve. No, it is just a hobby that lets my creative side out. I don't even know if I will ever publish anything.

 

I started like that a few years ago ... Then I also didn't think if I would get anything out of it.
And a few weeks ago I was holding my first book in my hands - friends gave me a small edition of my book for my birthday ...
It's an incredible feeling ...
This book means more to me than I could have imagined the day I started writing it
I am sure that you will also have an incredibly positive feeling if you decide to publish a book after all
