Okay, here is how this works. We're going to play tag through the PM boxes. BUT this is also CREATIVE WRITING PM tag. So thinks like "Tag, dude. You're it." Really won't cut it! Here are the rules! If you want to participate in the game, then you will want to let it be known by replying to this thread. Then once we have a few people signed up, I'll start the game by tagging someone and then it keeps going. Once you tag someone you come back to the thread and say the person's name and that they're tagged. This just helps us all see who may be getting tagged more than others so that we can keep everyone involved. Now as far as the actual tag pm, you're going to want to write it like a creative writing piece. We are all willing participants in a game of tag, so you can write it out. Where is the person? Is there a chase? Do you sneak up on them? What humorous disasters strike when you tag that person, etc. You can tag people who have tagged you in the past, but no direct tag backs. Share the tag love. We did this on another board for years. :0) Okay, if you're in, let it be known and then watch your pm box because....we will find you. ~S

Pick me pick me! I wanna play too! Although, I think this would be great in a regular thread, so we all get to share in the disaters and it's not just in the PM world.
LOL I decided to start the game off with someone that I don't know. :0) Wreybies, you are IT! It involved libraries and fake guns, but I managed to get him even though I had to twist the official rules of tag to make it count! ~S
Suggestion - Why do it via PM? There's a thread right here, and you don't have an Inbox limit to deal with if you post them right here in the thread. Also, depending on how ambitious uyou get with your tag messages, you may run into the fact that PMs have a lower character limit than posts. Another advantage of posting the tag messages openly is that it will stimulate everyone to compete for the most creative tag messages.
Alright, I have some great suggestions to make tag IN a thread far more fun. Jumping on a plane right now, will update this evening. Also, PM Tag was fun because it's like logging into the board and getting a surprise that's just for you. I'm a sentimental fool.. :0) ~Sali
