It saddens me to even have to make this statement because to date it has never been a problem here, but since it did come up today, I feel forced to make it clear. "Misquoting" or creating an "orphan quote" with the specific intent of misrepresenting the statements of another member is an absolute no-go. As aspiring and published writers, I am sure I do not need to explain how offensive it is to have our words not only taken out of context, but to be made liars by attributing words to us that we never said. Should you ever be on the receiving end of such an act, please report it immediately. Mods have access to all versions and edits of all posts in order to verify malicious misquotes and orphan quotes. Again, sorry for the grey cloud, but it did come up. Wrey
