    Describe this picture for me?

There's a scene I'm working on with a Yacht in it, it's set in the 1960s so I found this Yacht built at the time.

As crisply regal and full of its own presence as a Kennedy picnic with a young Katharine Hepburn in attendance.
It was a dry martini served promptly at four pm.
If Martha's Vineyard were a ship, this would be it.

With all those radar units are you sure it isn't a CIA listening post?

If I'm a rocking it means the water is a chopping. It might be fast but it sure will rock out on the open water (narrow beam). And I trust The Elder One remembers the old van days of the 60/70s. :)

Personally I would prefer a yacht with wood detail at least, might be more upkeep but it would look more like a luxury yacht to me.

Red Sea cruiser, palace lacking gin: think sheikhs, kebabs, on deck the dancing camels - quartet from the interior quarter.

"A vessel of grand stature, in pearlish white and blue lines, moving softly with the flow of the water, casting a forboding precense as it lay silent by the harbour.
It's long, narrow ramp, almost inviting one in, like a seacrature opening it's great maw"
