    Thanks, Katina. It'll pass. We're in the middle of getting our house totally rewired, and it is one heck of a MESS. And after it's finished, it will still be a mess. Requiring major cleaning of plaster dust everywhere followed by major redecoration. This is not my thing. But at least we'll have safe lighting, etc. Trying to stay positive. But there is virtually nowhere to sit, or cook or anything just now. And we've still got another week to go. Aargh. First world problems....wrong thread!

    My mum and brother started repainting the stairs this weekend (My dad died in 2013 - so she has to do these things now. She won't let me do any work on the house due to my extremely klutzy nature...).

    But then my Aunty and Uncle insisted on dropping in. Now they'll be dropping in on a mess of newspapers covered in stripped paint and other crap. :/
