    How tall are you?

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by inkslinger, Mar 25, 2009.

I never start threads, but I'm curious!

I'm pretty much ridiculed for my height daily lol. I'm mostly used to it, I've always been one of the shortest if not THE shortest, in most situations.

The short digs do get a little annoying sometimes, though! Just today a guy asked me (jokingly I hope!) if I were 4'4", hahaha. I usually find it funny but at the same time I find myself a little bitter toward tall people, especially females. :p
So yeah, how tall are ya?

    I'm 5 feet....even though sometimes I cheat and say I'm 5'1"! LOL.

    Hahahaha! Zing!

I am 5'9 (1.75 meters for metric kids). Around average for an Irish kid in South Texas.

I can't imagine being 5'9"! Which sounds so pitiful I'm aware lol.

5"7 :) I usually don't mind my height unless I'm hanging out with all short people. Then I feel awkward and giant

Yeah, but a lot of my friends are 5"5 and under, so I feel like a giant.

5"7. I haven't actually measured myself, but my mom is 5"8 and I'm about an inch shorter than her, ad my dad is 5"7 and I'm as tall as he is so the math works out for me XD.

6.1. Nice an Average out my way.

The funny thing (well odd anyway) it took me until the age of about 23 to reach it (slow grower).

I'm 6'4". My son is 6'3", and My daughter was 5'11" last time she was measured. She may have hit the 6' mark by now.

My mother is 5'3" She has a painting studio in her basement that is fine for her, but I have to shuffle around like Quasimodo down there.

I'm 5"5/5"6 which i'm happy with, except most of my friends are even shorter so i feel like a giant lol.

I'd hate to be any taller, especially since my boyfriend is like an INCH taller than me :p and I would hate to be taller than my boyfriend, lol.

I'm 5'6" and fine with being this height. I'm wondering if any of my children will grow taller than me but still have many years to wait before I'll know.

Don't worry, inkslinger! I'm only 5' too, and I'm probably not about to get any taller. :)

You've got me beat-I'm 5'5" and my fiance is 6'4". :) Also, we live with his mom, who is six feet even, so I'm the tiny person in the house.
