    Are we being spammed?

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by Lea`Brooks, Nov 20, 2015.

I've been noticing a shit ton of newbies joining the forum, not introducing themselves, posting really obscure questions, then disappearing.

Is this just something that happens regularly here that I never noticed before?

It happens every year right around NaNoWriMo time. :bigwink: Personally, I love it. As a group, these folks tend to have questions directly related to writing. They don't come for the (groan..) politics. :dead:

I've been called a heartbreaker all my life. Pulchritude is a tribulation few are willing to understand.:-D

Indeed, indeed. Often overlooked in the philosophy of aesthetics. But in a sense, up there with servitude, attitude, and [google fails to give me "-itude suffixes"]. *Wonders how else "pulchritude" could be used in discourse/creative writing* ;)

    *Looks up Pulchritude*

Some people come here because they have a single specific question to ask. Then they simply disappear when they have their answer.
