We have a cleaning service like that in Finland. The lady comes to your home with a guard to clean, topless or in lingerie (the guard is clothed, though I suppose it's possible to negotiate if the home owner wants a big, burly guy to hang around naked in their house). Apparently it's a quite popular service.
I've heard of things like this before. Although wouldn't someone want more specific information on the compensation other than "lots?"
