I'm assuming you've probably already gotten plenty of helpful feedback, but my two cents would be to worldbuild by taking simple everyday things you do in your life, and ask yourself how people living in your book's world would do them. Similarities? Differences? Maybe they have rituals completely unique to their world? Take your life, and bring into your world. If you can write out the daily routine of one citizen of your realm, you should have no problems melding world-building and story progression!
