What's your favourite band?
Happy new year!
I can't limit this to one.
Queen... best live band there ever was.
Allman Brothers Band
The Killers, Modest Mouse, and maybe a few others.
I don't have a favorite band as much as songs that helped define me at certain points in my life.
Currently though, i'm into 21 pilots
Nine Inch Nails since I was about fifteen Others come and go but I always wind up with nin. Delighted over the new EP this month. I also listened to a lot of Elvis Depressedly this year.

But no, wait, I've got pick ONE. Ah, get back to me on that.
You've got them in the wrong order, but we're damn close
Coheed and Cambria. I know. Crucify me.
Minus the bear. I listened to their album planet of ice on shrooms and had a religious experience.
The list is way too damn long. If you really must know then check out my playlists on youtube.
Just saw Tull recently.
Saw them open for Iron Maiden. Unfortunately, my favorite song from their set was a cover of Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell.
Woweee! Think this is way to big of an ask for anyone to name just one. I'm sure I was born with a music symbol on my ass, as music is in my life every day. I love everything but looking at my collection, rock/metal seems to dominate. Just saw Korn and Limp Bizkit over here in the UK last month and they were awesome!! So many choices though, I could be like a kid in a candy shop trying to choose.
Tears for Fears
One OK Rock
Earth, Wind, and Fire
Against Me! (I was a teenager age anarchist)
Pink Floyd (Nobody Home)
Disturbed (Sacred Lie)
At least for a top 3 favorite bands and my favorite songs from them
Death Cab For Cutie, Bastille, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fall Out Boy. My taste in music is kind of all over the place.
The Who, Jethro Tull, Yes, The Band, Pink Floyd, etc. I like prog rock, folk, and folk rock best.
You did see that they've just named a shrimp after Pink Floyd? The pistol shrimp, Synalpheus pinkfloydi! And it makes (at 200 decibels) the ***LOUDEST*** noise in the ocean, which it uses to stun prey!
Hendrix, Floyd, Joe Satriani, SRV, BB King, Tribe, Wu-tang, Biggie, Outkast, Rage, Tool, GnR, Neil Young, Cash, ZZ...
Can't say just one. I've loved and been obsessed with everything from ABBA to Joni Mitchell to FRONT242 to Meat Beat Manifesto to The Violent Femmes to Pansy Division to New Order to Joy Division....
I was a Joy Division bore for about a hundred years, also The S****s, The Fall and most things unlistenable - with the Sex Pistols being a gig highlight, till my prick of a friend lost his wallet at the gig, same prick wore flipflops in the moshpit. But everything's Bach at the moment, all over the TV, radio, some kind of centenery. I really like him, and that Glenn Gould musician is very eccentric and appealing. Otherwise, my son listens to folk and medieval music, total weirdo. Daughter likes 'road men.'
In no particular order...Cream, Joni Mitchell, The Mamas and The Papas, The Sallyangie, The Casuals, The Correspondents, U2, Rolling Stones
Separate names with a comma.
