I attempt to answer everybody's word count questions here: https://www.writingforums.org/threads/faqs-on-word-count.152108/ In a nutshell, chapters can be as long as you like, but you probably want to keep them over 1,000 words. My completely unsupported hunch is that most chapters in published books are between 2,000 and 5,000 words.
