Pugwall's Summer Molly Phillips played by McKenzie Phillips - In The Darkness Is The Light This story was why I wanted to work as a musician, this and Slash/Guns N' Roses, then later Jimi Hendrix. This is a grey/gray area for me, as, this is an actress singing her real life realise as a character. I just think it's an awesome song.

This was my favourite TV show for a long time growing up. In this episode They had a song I liked written by a band called the Bopkas.
This was probably my first cover when I was 9. This and a hard back book or two as my drum kit. This show also had a band called The Beets and this show promoted diversity and good eating. So the beetroot root vegetable was big in this show. This band called The Beets had a song I liked called Killer Tofu lol.
The Adventures of Pete and Pete, that show, BRILLIANT live action cartoon of a show... Worked very closely with a band called Polaris from Theme Tune to the episode A Hard Day's Pete, so, IDK, that band isn't fictional, but that show was; so, even though I love it, it's not a fictional band to love, so, no video examples but a notable footnote, but if you know the 90's show The Adventures of Pete and Pete, they have music that I like in that show.
Does it count if it's your own character? If it does, then the rockstar singer/violinist in my story.
The Archies. The Monkees. (Some say they're a real band, but I don't believe it.) And why hasn't anybody mentioned Spinal Tap?
I can't speak for anyone else, but, I don't know any songs/of their music to like. I mean, that movie had some good moments, but, those moments (for me) weren't the songs.
It counts if there's music in the story to like? Like, it's all about the music really. Music you like despite it coming from the world of fiction.
I take it back. Speaking of The Simpsons... The musical signatures of this show will always have a special place in my heart.
