I have perused all the different writing sections and I don't see any about writing flash fiction. Could we have a separate forum from Short Stories since Flash Fiction is considerably different and I think that it could be a cool forum thread to utilize. Is there any interest in this?
I don't see how adding a section based on the length of the story is going to help. You would also have to have separate sub-sections for the various genres. It's too much of a hassle and not worth it IMO.
There is no need for a flash subforum. There are already flash pieces in Short Stories. If you want it to be treated specially because it is flash, simply indicate it in th etitle or in opening remarks.
