    Big surprise: I'm new

Discussion in 'New Member Introductions' started by Thunderface, Jul 18, 2015.

Hey I'm a new guy, interested in fantasy, post apocalypse, and urban fantasy.

I'm hoping to start a novel series or graphic novel series, or both. I've got a few storyboards set up and I'm working on fleshing them out.

About me: big nerd. Anime is kinda my thing, along with d&d and dresden files. Going into school to be an English or history teacher.

About you: currently reading this thread, probably an aspiring writer and have seen this kind of thread a thousand times before.

    Hey, Thunderface!
This is definitely the first time I've ever seen an intro thread by another member that introduces me. It feels a bit... weird. :-D
Anyway, here's a link to our New Member Quick Start. It will take you through the forum's rules, layout and some other stuff.

    Enjoy!

I'm a new member so I haven't seen lots of threads like this before, so your not quite right there haha.

    What anime do you like?
My favourite anime would still have to be between akira, ghost in the shell and Haibane Renmei.

Fullmetal is a good one. I only got about 12 episodes in though. *hangs head in anime shame*

Watch brotherhood. It's so. Much. Better.
And sword art online. I'm a huge fan of dungeon crawlers.

I've seen the first series of sword art, I have the first game on vita as well just haven't had a chance to play it yet.
I'm a big time gamer so the series had me interested through that.
