Hemingway was asked how to train yourself to be a writer.

    He guys,
I'm new here, but I found this article and enjoyed it. I mean what he says makes sense, but I guess just because I already liked Hemingway I like the article.

What do you think of what he said?
My favorite quote was the first one.

All of these rules seem to boil down to the one word: Observe.

Rule #1 is just to observe your own thoughts and reactions.

Rule #2, 3, 4, and 5 is all about how to better observe others by taking their point of view, listening, and observing their behavior.
