Hello everyone! I found this forum via a Google search, and it looks as if it is going to be a nice place to hang out. As the subject states, I am from Idaho. I have lived here for 20 years, after having grown up in Southern California (although some will argue that I haven't quite grown up yet). I used to consider myself both a short story writer as well as a songwriter, but my love for photography took over, and has consumed all of my free time ever since. I am hoping to change that a little, though, and am going to attempt to integrate writing back into the mix. I am very rusty, and hope to gain both insight and inspiration for the rest of you! I look forward to reading your work. Enjoy the week ahead, Larry

Thanks, minstrel! I actually read Cogito's welcome message, the rules, and the FAQs prior to registering! I look forward to being here and participating! Larry P.S.- I like the second quote in your signature!
Welcome from the old guy who resigned from grow-updom decades ago. So unbelievably over-rated. Love them Idaho tators! Got into a conversation some years back with a very pretty one sitting at a bar. She was crying and tears flowed out of so many eyes. I couldn't get them all dabbed dry, so sad. Her parents had just told her she couldn't marry Bill O'Reilly, said he was just a common-tator. Anyways, owner took her in back, I heard a scream and minutes later a really large order of fries was in front of me. What did she expect walking into an Irish Pub?
