Greetings, I detest awkward introductions so I shall attempt to keep this relatively short. I've been interested in writing stories from a rather young age though I have never quite manage to commit to writing a story which I think would be long enough to fully convey my ideas (nor I should add, have I ever managed to collect ideas for a story together in some sort of organised plan or mental image). However joining this forum I hope to gain some ideas around properly going about writing a story, I hope to be able to contribute at least some portion of assistance along the way as well.
Greetings, welcome, and salutations to the Forum, young sir. Pantser eh? Well you are in good, and mixed company on that account. Outlining is not for everyone. Though I am working on my second novel, I am more of shorts guy myself. And probably put out a collection of those before I ever finish my second full length novel. So write short stories and get a feel for putting together a story in a compact easy to consume package. (Great starting place if you are working on story structure and all that jazz.)
