Welcome Stinger. If writing is indeed one of your passions then I’ll be looking forward to your posts. What type of things do you write about?

Question: Is life pretty strict over there?

I mean, I saw something on Msn there about iran banning western haircuts o_O
    Maybe I am misinformed

    Anyway, welcome :)

Alice, thanks. Nice avatar! I'm a headbanger of Cooper.

Kincade, writing is really my life and you can see one of my stories. And I write stories, plays, screenplays and essays. I couldn't publish any of them because of the censorship of government.

Whisp, yes, Iran has become srtict during Ahmadinejad period. People aren't, government is. About banning haircut, govenment tries really. But most people do what they want.

Thanks Kit. I've posted a story but no comment yet.

Thanks Mamammia! You won't see much Iranian atheiests I assure you.

Jaclyn, Domoviye and Torana, thank to all!

    Welcome, Stinger! :)

It feels very global, and totally cool, to have someone from Tehran here :)

I would have thought that if haircuts were a problem for the Iranian Powers That Be, atheism would really bother the heck out of them.
(Personally, I think I'm an agnostic, but I'm not really sure :)

And I'm really impressed with how well you rise to the challenge of writing in a second language - Vladimir Nabokov may soon have some competition on his hands ;)

    Thanks Gannon.

Evelyn, sentence of atheism is excecution. About second language, well, I want my works published, so that's the reason.

And not only Nabakov, but Konrad.(j/k).

By the way, why no one comments on my story?

It sometimes just takes a little time - if you're willing to be patient then you get reviews - sadly though not too many!

For one when I'm not at work or out (which is most of the time) I'll give it a read through and commenting upon.
