Hi!! I'm brand new to the site here and am looking for a place to share my story ideas and get some good feedback as well as just to bounce ideas off of. I've been writing stories off and o the past 10 years but I feel like one of my biggest problems is not having an audience to give me the encouragement. One thing...my ideas can be a little weird. I would like to share my ideas publicly but only if I get a general feel for the group and if enough people feel like it would be received well..you know?
Being myself for a while, it's a good place to start. (Saying that though, very much an introvert when it comes to writing) Encouragement comes from writing forums such as this one or a writing group It's great that you're thinking outside the box . . . go for it!
