Shamefully, I must say I was to take advantage of today and get a few things done...but, alas...I was chatting on line and I put everything off. Now I must face it all again tomorrow....*sigh*
I wont procrastinate if it's something that has a deadline. But my writing at the moment has no deadline. Therefore I am always doing unnecessary researching. Tons of it. Sometimes it helps, other times I will decide to change the part I was using the research for, so it is completely useless (i.e. finding a town for a character to live in, then finding their street and exact house. And then after that I will find where they work in a larger city nearby, how they get there, and how long it takes them. Google Earth helped me do this for an entire morning!). -Alex
I sometimes go to the cinema or get some groceries. It's 2-4 hours walking there and back, then i'm too tired to work afterwards. Most of the time, i just sit and do nothing though.
