Dear Writers Forum, Is there any legal barrier say to having a character listen to Elvis Prestley, drink Coca Cola, own a collectors cassette from a movie studio in the 1990s? This extends to illustration as well. Will there be trouble if we include illustrations or written names of known individuals or corporations?
