I play the famous and good MMORPG ( Massive Multi-player Online Role-playing Game) called WoW (World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade) How many other people play? If you do what faction?
Alliance. 70 human warlock, realm: Skullcrusher, name: Bluntmaiden (not like the drug, like a blunt weapon) You?
My friend and I have an argument everyday on the complete awfulness of WoW. (sorry to say) I'm more of a fan of Counter Strike myself.
I haven't played 1.6 in a while. First my mouse died, then CS got an update and my graphics started messing up. Oh well.
I play both Alliance and Horde: Johnstewart, 70 Human Paladin on Nathreziem Felfire, 70 Undead Warlock on Frostwolf And I also love CS.
I tried WoW for a couple of hours but got bored. Although, I did play EVE online and Lord of the Rings Online for a while. MMORPG's are too addictive and a real time-sink, though, so I give them a wide berth these days. Well, until Age of Conan is out next week, anyway.
I can't think why I didn't take to WoW, I normally like MMORPG's and have BETA tested a few. It was probably the look of it - it just looks horrendous and dated.
It's not meant to be realistic. That's not the look it goes for. They definitely say, you either like Blizz's look or not. I do . Then again, I think most of the world is ugly and a shame.
Yea, Wow has pretty sucky graphics, unless you got an amazing machine. I like how if feels though, a little cartoon-y, but serious at the same time. It is a 'High' fantasy, you know the guy holding a massive 2-Handed sword in one hand an a huge shield in another. But then again, I play because I like it's game play.
Oh, that sucks. Yeah, that update didn't work too well with my friends computer and he can't play it anymore either.
40 Blood Elf Lock--bloodhoof...All you silly kids and your level 70 toons. Of course I didn't start playing until recently. I'm normally into all the fantasy stuff like that, but the Warcraft universe fails to capture me. I'm more of a Starcraft man myself.
