    Suggestion Translation help?

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by Rosacrvx, Nov 5, 2016.

Has it ever been considered a translation help forum for non-native writers who are translating their own work to English?
I've worked on the translation of one of my stories before and once in a while I needed help. I used to visit a language forum but people in that type of forums are not best suited to help with literature. (I say this from experience.)
There are many non-native speakers on this forum. I'm wondering if a translation help forum is something the Writing Forums would be interested in.

    Thanks!

I think the Word Mechanics section is pretty much what you're after. It's not strictly aimed at non-natives, but that's certainly a use for it.

Thank you, I hadn't thought of that forum that way, but now that you mention it it can be helpful, yes. :)
