I wish there were an mobile app for this website.

It would be really cool to easily navigate through this site from your mobile devices and keep the posts updated even while travelling and at work.

 

I might be confusing this site with another one, but I thought someone said they posted on here a lot from their phone. I think it was JJ. What problems do you have on your phone?

 

I think it is not optimized for mobile viewing. I have to scroll like 2-4 minutes to get what I want. It would be a lot easier if a proper app with limited and distilled features would be there.

P.S By the way, I am using Windows 8 Phone.

Exactly, the most usable features will do.

 

It works perfectly on my iPhone... I use it all the time for the forums.

 

It would be nice to have a "home" button or something similar to take you back to the top of the page, or a menu bar that scrolled with you

 

On the iPhone, tapping the top of the screen scrolls all the way to the top of a page.

 

I just walk around with my desk top strapped to my back and a car batter in a gym bag to power it. I have absolutely no problem surfing the site.

 

I use my windows 8 phone a lot too and tbh, scrolling is a pain - I guess that's the nature of the beast though a 'home' button or a 'return to top' would be great

That's one thing I don't like so much about my smart phone. The whole swipe thing to a new screen. So many times I swipe, but the phone doesn't feel I swiped hard enough or far enough to the edge of the screen, so it just slides the old screen back up.
