My real name is Dan Klein and I'm 25. I joined to check out other peoples' work, advice, thoughts & feelings; and to share my own. I'm in the process of writing a Crime/Thriller novel; though, haven't had a lot of time to recently because I've been working a lot doing landscaping and at UPS. I've written a few short stories that I can share. I sent a Childrens' book to like 20 publishers and I'm waiting on responses. I look forward to getting to know everybody!

Welcome to the forum, Dan. Someday I will finish my children's book, though, like Moon, it went the direction of violence and is more of a teen book now.
Thanks Trish, Cave Troll, Kiiingzzly. The crime/thriller book is told from the perspective of a 17 yr old kid named Ben. During a family visit to his cousin's house the cops give the family horrible news: Ben's uncle, owner of a baseball stadium, was murdered at the stadium sometime during work. Ben, his cousin (Tim), brother (Tom), and others ride the wave of investigating the murder without any legit legal power themselves. Through sudden turns, hysteria, deceit, and confusion, it seems unlikely sources could be the killer! Ben begins to question who in his family is a psychopathic lunatic, and who he can trust.
