I'd start with John Gribbin's book on the subject. Clear and concise. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0552125555/?tag=writingfor07a-20
I should add that you seem to be equating chaos theory and the uncertainty principle in some of your posts. They are fundamentally different in that chaos theory IS predictable, and the uncertainty principle is NOT predictable. i.e. if a butterfly flaps its wings, you can predict the path the molecules in the air will take- albeit it is too complex to do in practice, but if fundamental particles pop out of the void or travel as a wave, you cannot predict where they will be.
