On wattpad? How is that relevant for the story? I think you should set your priorities straight. First you need a story you want to tell, then think about how to write it and then where to place it. Just wanting to fill a blank space won't get you far. If you need some prompts to start writing, you can pick random words from a vocabulary or website, or find a story competition, or ask a friend to give you an "assignment" or something.
I could not support nor endorse anything to do with wattpad http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wattpad#Copyright_violation_controversy There are better writing communities, like writingforums.org
If you don't have an idea of your own you certainly won't be capable of writing stories of your own. I suggest you start getting inspiration from people and events around you, places, other stories, anything. Then write a couple of stories. Then write some more to practice. Then start publishing (online).
