Greetings! I'm a 40-something who discovered the power of writing during an extremely turbulent time in my life, and I want to take it to the next level. I'm currently finishing up a little self-published personal project of some of my journals to leave to posterity (namely my children). I'm still using Word 2000, and I'm still learning about styles, layouts, and all that jazz. I have lots of questions. This seems to be one of those places that reminds me that the Internet is good for something besides narcissistic social media.
