Erik, Welcome to Writingforums.org. I'm sorry, but I had to delete the bit of your intro regarding your blog and recruitment. However, don't let this get you down, it's a rookie mistake that happens often enough here. I'll send you a PM with more details. For now, feel free to look around the site and jump in wherever you see fit. Once you have two weeks as a member and have made two constructive critiques of others' writing in the Workshop, you'll be able to post your own work for critique. Keep in mind, however, that the "two-for-one" rule is ongoing and applies to every member on the site, from the mods on down, so it's never a bad idea to spend some time reading and offering critique to build up credit as it were. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me or one of the other mods.
