Thought it might be fun to suggest people make up ostensibly wise remarks on the spot, and see what people come up with. If there is deliberate or accidental wisdom contained within, that's great. But anything goes as long as it at least sounds like someone trying to sound profound. Here are some examples I've just thought of: "When something turns to dust, it loses all meaning. When everything has turned to dust, dust is everything." "Life binds us all together. If we break the bond of life, we lose our hope, and our humanity." "He who sees farther, knows sooner." "Love and hatred are both forged by fire and water and are two sides of the same coin, and yet they are also opposites." "When a friend disturbs your sleep, you object. When an enemy disturbs your sleep, you'd chase them to the ends of the Earth." "Even honey will spoil in time."
