Hi all Delighted to make your acquaintance. I write for a living but it's dry, technical computer stuff. Audience of 10 people, normally. They're interested in the detail, but not the English. I, on the other hand... I'm a devoted family man in my 50s. Lovely wife, two fantastic, well-adjusted kids. But I have Multiple Sclerosis (never start a sentence with 'But'). It's taken my mobility and most of my energy though it hasn't (as yet) taken my cognition or ambition. Time has come to write the book I've been promising for 20 years. I actually took a few months off in 1999 (before the family) to write a blockbuster. Quite simple really; you've never heard of me, though. I have some ideas - a tragi-comic adventure thriller of romance, death, accountancy and Belgium, written in Chaucerian prose but with a nod to Julia Donaldson. Might need refining. Any input will be very gratefully received. I'll try to help you out where I can; as long as you don't mention Llanelli.
