I'm an inch taller and about a stone more... and a lot of people consider me pretty small -- thusly, I would conclude that you are more so

Thankyou JetBlack and I have tried a high protein diet and it failed to work. But hey I must be doing something right to be gaining the weight :D

Thankyou Heather sweety and to be honest you sound like you are at a healthy weight for your height. I need to be like 10 kilos more according to the Doctors.

I have a flat stomach unless I eat a massive meal lol I like having a flat stomach but my hips bones stick out and it looks terrible hey. I think that people should be happy with who they are and as long as you don't get too thin then if you want to lose a little wieght then do it, although you are better off just toning up really.

Weight loss can be damaging to your health if you don't need to lose it so just one yourself rather than lose the weight Heather.

(sorry the mother coming out in me a tiny bit there I thinks)

haha, good mother though ;) nah, i aint stupid with losing weight, i would never starve myself. actually i eat loads, and i mean loads, but seem to put on little weight. my doctor said something about high motabelism, whatever that means. and yea, i think i am gunna tone up a bit rather than lose weight. :D

Good to hear hunii. Yeah high metabolism just means that your body works off all the things that creates the weight gain faster than others I think lol don't quote me on that though!

    Congrats!

I've also been trying to gain weight. I used to be 100lbs, and then in March I went through a very rough patch, and lost 15lbs in a week. I've gotten back up to 95lbs, but for some reason I can seen to gain back that last five.
