    Thrill Me

Discussion in 'Discussion of Published Works' started by TheWriteWitch, Nov 19, 2016.

I finally had a chance to start reading Benjamin Percy's _Thrill Me: Essays on Fiction_, and it is illustrates a lot of writing techniques. He argues the blending of genre and literary fiction and there are interesting points on both sides.

Has anyone else read his essays? I'd love to hear what stuck with other readers (who are writers).

I'd also love to know other people's favorite books on writing. I'm gearing up to start my own series and reading craft books in my small snippets of time is helping me organize my (panicking) thoughts.

What does your writer's bookshelf look like?
