    long time writer joining (:

Discussion in 'New Member Introductions' started by handsinthegarden, Dec 15, 2016.

    Hi there, everyone.

I happened to find this place through my internet stumbles and I'm extremely glad. This is the perfect place for writers to assist each other and support one another. :)

I'm a multi-lingual writer, who wants to incorporate different languages within my works. I've been developing a novel over a 10 year span (I know, that sounds like forever!) and hope to one day share it.

    Nice to meet everyone!

    Welcome to the forum!

What kind of languages are you using in your novel? Real ones or made up languages? :)

Here's our New Member Quick Start to get you started. I hope you'll enjoy it here!

    Thank you, KaTrian!

I've studied both Korean and Japanese for a number of years, so I was thinking incorporating a bit of that somehow. It's all just a floating idea at this point, but I suppose we will have to wait and see!

Woohoo! Welcome to the forum. Finding fellow writers and is step one of learning the craft, so welcome!

    Sup @KaTrian

No way! I have different languages in my sci-fi, but they're stupid, made up nonsense languages! I'll have to get in touch with you on how to fake a language, or invent a whole new one.

    Welcome welcome!
