    Manuscript Thief Caught

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by Bruce Johnson, Jan 7, 2022.

Some of you may have read this article (some of you closer to the publishing world may have known about it elsewhere). I thought this was discussed on this forum but I couldn't find the thread.

Note that the article is from last year, but the url has been updated to reflect recent developments:

    https://www.vulture.com/2022/01/stealing-books-before-release-mystery.html

Apparently the individual was recently caught. Not sure how, or if he is same the suspect mentioned in the vulture.com article (some things fit, some don't). I feel sorry for the original suspect, if it's not him.
