    "Marking/Categorizing Adult/Sexual/Violent Content

Discussion in 'Revision and Editing' started by camphore, Feb 17, 2019.

"If your writing contains adult language, sexual behavior, or violent, it must be marked/categorized as such."

Hopefully not a dumb question, but how exactly does one do this? My currently obsessed-over project that derailed the other project is a murder mystery, but has a good bit of graphic sexual content essential to the plot. I do not see any other instructions except from the rule quoted above.

I am finding this forum really helpful and looking forward to feedback that will help my writing, but don't want to go against rules or piss anyone off. So some guidance here is appreciated.

I think I'd also suggest posting this in Support & Feedback (you could link from here to there so you don't end up with two discussions). Since it's about site policy, I think you might get a more authoritative staff-type answer there.
