Well, it's Christmas here in Arizona. Celebrate the Christ child, Immanuel. Or just talk about what you got... I got a shiny new watch. It has a diamond. Really shiny.
^ Heaps cool I love shiny things *is distracted* Haha. I got a new camera a nikon D60 It's beautiful Mum and I had already gone halves in buying it, however I didn't know she had already ordered it ready for Christmas haha. It was an awesome surprise.
I got a collection of nicholas sparks books, a complete collection of edgar allen poe stuff, a TWLOHA tshirt, some neat-o buttons, two frogs, a pair of converse, and basically everything having to do with twilight. (poster, hoodie,tshirt, bracelet, bookmark, etc.) But my absolute FAVORITE gift is the drawing from my best friend that my mom got framed for me. She colored it right before I went to preach at church, and it's one of my favorite things in the world. Oh, and the christ child rocks!
I got nothing and actually plan to get nothing... But screw the presents, Christmas is about JEEEEEESUS!
^^ The "tree present" my mum gave me at dinner was the sequal to Twighlight "New moon". I started reading it straight away and can't put it dooown its sooo romantic *twinkly eyes*. I've never read Twighlight though... (didn't know about it 'til the film trailers)
i got 1/2 a phone (have to pay the other 1/2 when we go to get it tomorrow) i haven't had a phone in over a year~ but once i get it, i won't be able to live without it, as it only is when you have a phone. also mildred bailey cd collection also ne-yo cd
Um, let's see, I got some lotion. Yep, that's it. My father in law got the boys a Wii but it's one of those "family" gifts that will be monopolized by the kids or the grown ups will have little interest in. Fun times!
Merry Christmas. I got a 500GB external hard drive to back up my music/video/writing files, some stuff for my guitar, the new David Baldacci novel, and some smaller stuff. Plus I got myself the new Metallica album and the new Rise Against album. Although I'm happy with the stuff I got, the best gift was me finishing the rough draft of my novel (I completed it two days ago) which I'm giving to my grandfather as a gift. He got me into reading thrillers and introduced me to many of the author's that inspired me to become a writer, so it's kind of my way of just saying, "Thanks!" to him.
Merry Christmas everybody! Hope you're finding some time to write. If not, enjoy your company with friends and family. Me, I'm just watching I Love Toys all day... in memory of when I actually got cool crap for Christmas!
