First off, Garden of the Gods rocks.

Next: I live in the middle of nowhere. Its near an open field and you can see nature at its best. We have hawks, vol, coyotes, and jack rabbits.
But I don't think the nature is going to last though because they are starting to industrialized this middle of nowhere.
Soon there will be no environment.

You'd be surprised. I have seen Mule Deer on a fault line hillside in the middle of the city of Hayward, California. Nature finds habitats even in close proximity to man's busiest and most crowded settlements.

These animals only live in a certain habitat.
    They are called vernal pools.

Outside the windows in my house are some trees. There is also a view of paddocks and forests, with a mountain off in the distance, almost on the horizon. I like to listen to a song called 'Escape - Airbase,' and just gaze out there, and wonder. Probably a bit cliche, but it gets my mind off things and relaxes me.
